Yes - that's probably the most common situation. Most people come to me knowing something isn't working but not quite sure what to do about it. The call is useful for working out what the actual question is, not just answering one you've already formulated. Come as you are.
Yes. I work with clients across the UK, US and Canada. All meetings are virtual. If you're in a significantly different time zone, get in touch by email first and we'll find something that works for both of us.
It depends on what I've got on. I keep my client list small, which means availability varies. It's worth getting in touch even if you're planning ahead — I'd rather have that conversation early than have you rush when the time comes.
Not necessarily. I work on ad-hoc projects as well as retained monthly arrangements. For larger builds — CRM systems, full websites, course platforms — those are project-based with a clear scope. For ongoing support, monthly packages make more sense. We'll work out what fits during the call.
I'll tell you. If what you need is outside what I do well, or if someone else would genuinely serve you better, I'd rather say so and point you in the right direction. I'm not going to take on work I can't do properly just to fill a gap in my schedule.
