If something isn't answered here, a free call will sort it. No question is too basic.

Do I need a package or can I use you ad-hoc?

Both work. Ad-hoc is available when my schedule allows, but package clients take priority for booking. If you need consistent, reliable support it's worth talking about a package — mostly because the work goes better when I know your business properly.

What happens to unused hours in a package?

If you have a quieter month, any unused package hours can be carried forward for one month, rather than being lost.

Why is some pricing listed as 'Enquire'?

Because the work genuinely varies. A course build for five videos is a different project from one with forty, across multiple platforms, with workbooks and graphics attached. Pricing before understanding the scope doesn't serve either of us. A conversation takes fifteen minutes and gives both of us a clear picture.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes — I work regularly with clients in the US and Canada as well as across the UK. I work flexibly across time zones, including evenings, which tends to make the US and Canada relationships straightforward.

What if I'm not sure what I need yet?

That's a perfectly reasonable place to start a conversation. Quite a few clients come to me knowing something isn't working but not quite sure what to do about it. The free call is good for that — even if it just clarifies what the actual question is.

Is everything confirmed in writing before you start?

Yes. Scope, price and timelines are always confirmed before work begins. No surprises mid-project.
