Ad hoc work runs at the standard rate. Strategy and training are priced differently because the preparation involved is different.

Is this a quote?
No, it's a rough guide to help you plan. Every project is scoped on a free call, and the price is confirmed in writing before any work starts. No surprises mid-project.
Why is it a range?
Two websites with the same number of pages can be very different jobs. The range covers the simpler and the more involved versions, and the call is where we work out which yours is.
Can I just book hours as I need them?
Yes. Ad hoc work is £45 an hour, billed in 15-minute blocks. You can also buy a block of hours in advance at a reduced rate, and block clients get booked in first.
What happens to unused hours in a package?
Hours are flexible within the month, so a quiet week can be balanced by a busier one.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes, across the UK, the US and Canada. Prices for US and Canadian clients are quoted in their own currency.
Is everything confirmed in writing before you start?
Always. You'll know what's included, what it costs and in what order it gets done.
