It depends on what's already booked in. I'll always give you an honest start date on the call rather than promising something I can't keep.

Yes. I work with clients across the UK, the US and Canada. I often work in the evenings, which suits clients in other time zones.

No. You can book a one-off project or ad hoc hours. Monthly packages are there if you'd like regular support and priority booking.

Yes. I set up your ads through GoHighLevel so every lead goes straight into your CRM and gets followed up. Setup is £295 and management is £195 a month, with a monthly report. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta.

Yes. I can work in your account or sub-account with the access you give me, whether you're with Magnolia, another agency, or GoHighLevel directly.

Very often, yes. I'll look at what you've got, keep what's working and tidy or rebuild what isn't, then document it so it stays clear. A tech review is a good place to start.

Yes. I can bring your contacts, website, forms, booking and email marketing across, and set things up so everything connects from day one.

My focus is GoHighLevel and the platforms built on it. That focus is what lets me go deep rather than wide. If you need a different platform, I'm happy to point you to someone who specialises in it.

Magnolia Workspace is my own all-in-one platform, built on GoHighLevel. It's what I use for the clients I build for, and it's available to any small business. It covers almost everything a business needs to run: website, CRM, bookings, email, WhatsApp, payments and courses, all in one place.

You get your own account, set up with my support behind it. There's no agency plan to manage, no learning the whole platform from scratch, and someone to ask when you're stuck.

Plans are monthly. Any minimum term will be clearly stated before you sign up, in writing.

Your plan covers the platform features listed for it. Usage, like text messages, emails, WhatsApp conversations and AI features, is charged at cost on top, so you only pay for what you actually send.

It depends on what's involved. The cost guide gives you a rough range straight away, and every project is confirmed in writing after a free call, before any work starts.

Ad hoc work is £45 an hour, tech training is £75 an hour, and strategy sessions are £95 an hour. You can also buy a block of hours in advance at a reduced rate.

Yes. You can buy a block of 5, 10 or 20 hours at a reduced rate, from £38 to £42 an hour. Blocks last 6 months, can be used for any work, and block clients get booked in first.

Hours are flexible within the month, so a quiet week can be balanced by a busier one.

No surprises. Scope and cost are agreed in writing first. If you ask for something new along the way, we'll agree it before I do it.

Payment details and terms are set out in your engagement letter before work begins. Card payments are taken securely through Stripe.

Yes. Clients in the US and Canada are quoted in their own currency.

You get documentation and training, and I'm still here for questions. Most clients stay for the long term anyway.

In my honest opinion, yes. I'd recommend budgeting for me to work in the system with you for at least the first month. There's always something that gets forgotten, or only comes up once you start using it. Seeing it in action first hand means I can make sure it's 100% robust and built to last.

WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach me. The client support page also has a short form that helps me sort things faster.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, and often in the evenings. I aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays.

There's no monthly plan to sign up to. When you need changes or help, just book ad hoc hours, or buy a block of hours in advance at a reduced rate.

Yes. Training is one-to-one or small group, built around what your team actually needs to do.

I'm registered with the ICO (ZB615247) and insured through PolicyBee. Access and logins are handled carefully, and only used for the work you've asked for.
